I do research in human-computer interaction and human factors.

ABOUT

    

Graduate student researcher in HCI and human factors with a background in computer science.
My current work revolves around designing tools for people with mild cognitive impairment.

I'm currently a Master of Applied Science candidate at the Department of Systems Design Engineering, University of Waterloo, Canada.

As part of the Intelligent Technologies for Wellness and Independent Living Lab (ITWIL) at UW, I'm currently working on the project titled 'MCI@Work'. My work combines technology and user-centered thinking with interaction design and all phases of the UX process, from user-research, and information architecture to wireframing and protoyping. I also love exploring aspects of decision making and cognitive psychology and its application in the design process.

I serve as President for University of Waterloo's Human Factors and Ergenomics Society. With the purpose to promote and advance the understanding of the factors involved in design, manufacture, and use of machines, systems, enviornments and devices of all kinds.
